Our online host community just got bigger. Starting today, the Community Center and Host Clubs share a home.* Now you can ask questions, get advice from fellow hosts, gain local insights, and find ways to grow your business in one place.

For a quick tour of what’s new, go to the menu next to your profile photo and tap “Take a look around.” Then you can explore one or more of these areas.

Community Forum: This public forum is open to everyone, led by Airbnb. Private Forums: These are members-only groups dedicated to specific types of hosts, led by Airbnb. You’ll be added to any group that applies to you. Host Clubs: These are members-only groups for hosts in the same city or region, led by volunteer Community Leaders. You’ll be invited to join your local Host Club where available. Airbnb updates: The latest Airbnb news, product updates, and policy changes.

Once you’ve had a chance to discover what’s new, let us know what you think—or ask a question—in the comments.

Hi everyone,

As you know, we're moving to an all-new Community Center, launching October 6th.

Starting next week, you may notice some technical hiccups as we prepare for the transition—things like slower load times or features behaving unpredictably. This is expected as we get everything ready behind the scenes.

We're doing everything we can to make this transition as seamless as possible, and we can't wait to welcome you to the new Community Center.

Thank you for your patience and for being a part of this community.

Regards,
The Community Team

Airbnb announced new tools to help you price dynamically, grow your earnings, and manage multiple listings. Plus, now you can easily create interactive 3D floor plans to let guests explore your home before booking.

Dynamic pricing: We’ll recommend a price range that helps you earn more when demand is high and stay booked when it’s not. Your pricing automatically adjusts daily, and you can check how competitive it is with similar listings and make changes anytime.  Earnings insights: Your earnings dashboard now uses AI to summarize your performance and show if you’re on track. For example, it compares your expected earnings to similar listings nearby. We analyze local data to highlight what’s impacting your earnings and suggest actions you can complete right in the dashboard, like turning on Instant Book or adding missing amenities.  3D floor plans: Scan your space with a compatible Apple iPhone Pro or iPad to add an interactive 3D floor plan that gives guests a better feel for the space.* The tool includes tips for taking a scan and creates the layout for you, with basic amenities detected automatically.

Get details about all the new tools and watch a video here : New updates for hosts | Airbnb

*This is compatible with Apple iPhone 12 Pro or later and iPads with a LiDAR camera. You’ll need to allow the Airbnb app to access your camera.

Availability of offerings and user experience may vary based on location, timing, and eligibility.

Airbnb began with 2 hosts who needed help paying rent for their apartment. Nearly 20 years later, millions of hosts rely on Airbnb to help cover their rent or mortgage.

Today we're excited to announce the Airbnb Housing Accelerator, our most significant commitment yet to help address the housing shortage.

Through the Airbnb Housing Accelerator, we’ll invest an initial $250 million to help unlock more than $5 billion for affordable and mixed-income housing. Airbnb will also support housing policy reforms, and award $5 million to innovators making homes easier, faster, and cheaper to build.

“Austin is home. I've lived here for 13 years,” said Ivan Woodson, an Airbnb Community Leader. “I've always loved hosting, but being at today's event made me even more proud to be an Airbnb host, because this is a company that is investing in making my community an even better place to live.”

The Airbnb Housing Accelerator is launching in the United States with ambitions to expand around the world. Visit
airbnb.com/housingaccelerator to learn more, and share your thoughts about housing in your community in the comments below.

The Community Center is moving to a new home on October 6. We’re bringing the global forums and local Host Clubs together in one place.

It’ll be a bigger community, with a better online experience. You’ll be able to connect with even more hosts, making it easier to find the support you need to grow your business.

What to expect

You’ll receive an email invitation, with a link to explore the all-new Community Center, after the move is complete.
The global forums will become one Community Forum.
Discussions will be translated into 64 languages so everyone can participate.

You’ll still have access to recent conversations. The first time you log in to the new Community Center, we’ll ask you to read our Community Guidelines and turn on notifications. If you have questions, reach out to one of our Community Managers or leave a comment below.

Thank you for being part of our community. We can’t wait for you to see the updates.
